The NHF website may use standard website technologies, analytics tools and cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. This may include information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device or browser type, referral source and general website activity.
We use this information to improve the website, understand public interest in NHF’s work and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications.

Please do not send original historical materials through the website unless specifically requested. If you contact NHF regarding photographs, documents, maps, oral histories or other historical materials, we may follow up separately regarding review, attribution, permissions and any future public use.
Submitting or describing historical material to NHF does not automatically transfer ownership or publication rights.
NHF may use third-party services for website hosting, email, customer relationship management, analytics, fundraising and other organizational functions. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide their services.
If online charitable giving is enabled, donations will be processed through a fundraising pathway approved by Colorado Nonprofit Development Center. NHF does not currently process charitable payment-card information directly through this website.
Nevadaville Heritage Foundation is a Partner Project of Colorado Nonprofit Development Center. Certain charitable, fundraising and administrative records may be maintained or processed through CNDC as part of that fiscal-sponsorship relationship.
This website may contain links to third-party websites, archives, libraries, social-media platforms and other external resources. NHF is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external websites.
You may ask NHF to update or correct information you have provided, or request that we stop sending optional communications to you.
