Effective September 23, 2026
Our Commitment
Nevadaville Heritage Foundation is committed to making its website and digital information reasonably accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
As NHF’s website and digital resources continue to develop, we will work to improve usability, readability and accessibility.
Accessibility Practices
NHF aims to use practices that support accessible web use, including:
clear page structure and headings;
readable text and sufficient color contrast;
descriptive text for meaningful images when practical;
keyboard-accessible navigation where supported by our website platform;
understandable link and button labels; and
mobile-responsive layouts.
Historic photographs, maps, scanned documents and archival materials may present accessibility challenges because of their age, format, detail or original condition. When practical, NHF will provide descriptive captions, context or alternative information.
Third-Party Content
This website may link to third-party websites, archives, document viewers, social-media platforms and other external services. NHF does not control the accessibility of those external services.
